On 18th September there was an addvertisement in a local news paper of City on which it was promoted from said company that if ordered in two days i shall be eligible for 21 CD's and a Puja Thali of Art D Inox in addition to this I was promised holiday for three nights for two persons through their partner, Premier Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd. (Big City promotions). On the same I ordered at Customer Care no. 1800 102 4100 and i made payment through my Credit Card. I was promised that I shall be delivered goods with in 28 working days but till date I have not received any goods, inspite of contacting at Customer Care they gave us date mentioning that our systems are down please contact after two days and so on.
