We have purchased PDP Document code: SC001B0302.Model no: MBT PDP/14RB .PUTJDMB51000322A.It has not been repaired from one month now due to non availabilty of parts. We gave the PDP at the service centre on 1st of May but it has not been repaired yet.
Please go ahead and contact the service centre provide them parts so that we can get our PDP fixed. We have been visiting the service centre several times which has also consumed 10liters of petrol by now. Its a tragic situation that the Big and reputed company like you does'nt have enough coverage in our city. We are showing it to Onida service center aliganj. Please take the required action. And send us the mail informing that you have send the part to them so that we can follow up with the service centre.
