No seats provided despite having movie tickets

Hi,

We bought 3 sofa tickets for Movie: Inception, show timing:10:30am date :18/07, ticket price:80/- each, but seats were not provided to us at the theatre.

Our seats were given to people who were without tickets.

Seats were being given to people inside the theatre just by taking cash from them and those who had tickets were denied seats.
