Change HD connection to normal connection

I undersigned several time complaint to Customer care dishtv that i want to change my HD connection to normal connection because this connection i can't bear the Rs.450/- pm where was my cable connection was only Rs.200/- and why i will pay more? So i request you please change above to normal connection please.
