I have purchased a Samsung LCD TV on 8th mar along with it i was offered a DishTV Tru HD service as part of the offer, and was told to send an SMS with My voucher no to 57575 for a Dishtv guys to install the DTH service.
I did get a reply message that one of the DishTv representatitves would come in next 72 hrs for installtion, after about four days, i logged a complaint with customer care of Dishtv on 12th mar with the comp no : 55563325, and than i was told the prob would be rectified within 72 hrs. but till date i.e 20th mar there has been no response from them, inspite of multiple calls, all i get them from is that " sorry for inconvience will get back to you latest by 24 hrs".
I hope some thing can be done about, the most disgusting thing is the impunity and apathy they show towards customers,
