O3 smart card money not refunded
hi this is pushkar from bangalore working with TCS.here i want to complain about a company named as OJONE CORPORATION who gives different vouchers to users.the address for the company is OJONE CORPORATION #71 CM PLAZA 3RD FLOOR 8TH CROSS S.R NAGAR NEXT TO WOODLAND HOTEL RICHMOND CIRCLE BANGALORE 560027.i was sold this voucher in the month of july giving me all fake promises by there agent, i paid 2100 rupees to them and in this they insured they will be giving me coupons for different restaurant in the city like kfc mc donald barbeque nation and different shooping stations like lee levis and etc and etc.after paying the money i did not receive any coupon for 1 month . when i approached them i met m.r dixit mehta manager of accounts and operations phone no 9886448276 who apologized and promised me for the voucher to be sent immediately. but i demanded for the refund.i was told to have patience and if still i am not happy he will give me the refund. after i got the coupons i was shocked to see it.none of the coupons were there which was informed to me at the time of selling me the product. all the coupons were utter waste for me and i could not use one coupon also. i approached them for refund and this time i met with the project manager of ojone corporation m.r umesh mukhia 7829572582 or 9035999888 who informed me that stilll the coupons are still in process and i will get them very soon, i informed i dont want the coupons i want the refund, so he informed me to wait for the coupons if still i am not happy he will provide me refund.6 months have passed now and still i have not received any coupon and i have come to know that this a big time fake company and which runs on fake promises, so i went and refunded all the coupons which was provided to me and demanding for refund . its been 3 weeks now but no body is listening about it.i am lodging this complain so that i can be helped from consumer foruma dn my money is refunded to me that is rs 2100.
