Hi

I am lodging my complaint against Airtel; services are so bad that I regret it now about taking this IPTV connection.

While taking the connection I requested to add top up package of ESPN, Star Sports, Star Cricket but its more than a 50 days now and still those channels are not added. Every time I speak to them I will be given a reference number and assurances that it will be taken care in next 48 hours, but as expected nothing got resolved. Last time reference number was given to me on 26 July (1278032) and its more than 20 days now since 26th July. In between I have inquired them on phone but no result.

I would be grateful if you can raise my concern to Airtel. My account number is 16605112.
