I have booked one airtel D2h HD connection online through connectindia dated 03/10 at approx 10:45 am. My registered mobile number is 9935098054, I had paid Rs 2590/- from my Axis Bank Debit Card (ref: PUR/VRITIINFOCOM BILL/MUMBAI/031011/054.)
Till now I have not got my customer id even not any confirmation mail. Even I have mailed to [email protected] & [email protected] regarding cancellation of booking. But no responce from airtel.
Please do not buy any product from airtel they have very very pathetic service.
