I am Airtel DTH customer since long and my id is

I am facing major problem that when I turn on TV to Av which normally I use to do but the TV doesn't show me Airtel DTH sign nor programming for quite long? Tried to reach your Call center but as usual it is long waiting which never ends.. Need your assistance
