Subject:- To get the compensation related documents of my husband late Shri Sardar singh S/O gambhir singh.
Sir,
With due respect I want to say that my name is Ajab Bai W/O late Sardar singh, my husband was gas victim and he died in bhopal gas tragedy, and I wont get the compensation of my husband’s death because I am illeterate woman and the younger brother (Bhagwan Singh) of my husband keeps all the documents of my husband and all compensation related documents, and he (Bhagwan Singh) himself take the previous compensation and the house which was given by the government, and when I ask him to give me my house and money then he (Bhagwan Singh) scared me that if I came to him for my right then he will kill me and through me out of bhopal. From last 10 years he (Bhagwan Singh) kept me in his home like a servant and when I ask him for the compensation amount then he through me out of the home, and from lat two years I lived with my brother’s family in bhopal. And when I ask him for the documents of my husband and compensation he abuses me, and said do whatever is possible, I am a government servant an you will do nothing to me.
