My name is Shidigam chittinaidu. I have taken one Dream plan policy no.002018989 dated 12th Sep, Rs 4827.75 yearly premium.sorry to say i could not get bond till today. I have already paid three yearly premium in Vizianagaram Branch. several times i have complaint regarding my bond to issue atleast duplicate Bond but no response has taken.
I therefore request to take immediate action please.
