My village's (Bhikanpur Maghpur) Gram Pradhan is not doing his duty and no body in the village has that much of knowledge if he is doing or not doing any work. it's more than 8 months since he become Pradhan and he is an illiterate guy. He has won the election by giving money to the villagers. He has spent almost 1 Lakh to win the election. Moreover after winning election now he has re-built up his house to a big and pakka house. Many bal-vivahs are happening in the village. But nobody is stopping and dont have knowledgeof it's -ve results.
Actually I am not staying in the village as that's my Grand Mother's place and my father is working in city (Bokaro Steel City, Jharkhand), now i am married and of course not staying with my father. Staying in Delhi. It's after almost 8 years but i dont find much progress in my village. I feel very bad about it and want to do something to improve my village's condition.
Please let me know how and where can I file complain of Gram Pradhan of not doing his duty. or if i can get some contact if there is any NGO in UP who can work towards improvement of my village.
