We have a Indian Gas connection wide no. 5156A from Chander Nagar Gas Agecy, Amrit Plaza Building, Surya Nagar, Ghazaibad- 201011 This is authorised Indian Gas Agecy in our Area and we are receiving Gas from past more than 15 years from same agency.
My Regulator is not working properly and i had request from the change the same, the Lady who is dealing in chander Nagar Gas Service is saying provide the Original Papers for change the regulator i request her madam we are receiving Gas from you from past more then 15 years and 15 years we have shifted 2-3 houses also we do't have the Original Papers now.
The lady saying we will nor replace and the way of behavior is so bad, when i request her to provide me the Cell No. of Mr. Lamba the owner of this agency she provide me the no. 9312832905 this no is not in use i had tried from last 3 days.
you are requested to look in to the matter and take the necessary action against the Gas Agency.
