Water leakage in Bedroom and Hall

Dear sir,

I am an owner of flat no. 401, shree vallabh tower, kaanchpada malad west, mumbai-64. From last 15 month the water is dripping in bedroom and hall continue sly. I complained many times to society and above flat. The society has done a survey of whole building and taken a report from authorized consultancy. After that they are saying this is an internal leakage from above flat and is to be done by above flat no 501. I requested many times written and verbally but no action is taken against the owner of flat.

I am paying every month home loan, maintenance and staying in rented home. Till now I lost more then three lac in one year.

Kindly intervene and do the needful
