Monkey and dog menace

I am residing in 3327, D-3, Vasant Kunj, New Delhi-110070. Here people are indulging in feeding the monkeys and stray dogs. one lady named Sonia Ghosh, every day she is calling all the monkeys and stray dogs and giving food openly. I am a working lady having a kid of 10 years. once a dog has beaten him also who was laying in our stairs. So i cant keep him alone. More over I am heart patient having a by pass surgery. Once 3 monkeys came to me at a time and was showing their teeth. I was so scared. I put on the bells of my neighbours. But nobody has openned the doors. I hope this monkeys should be ruled out from the colony because we paid the huge money for buying the flat in a posh colony not in a jungle.
