Milk Dairy Problem

Dear Sir,

This is to inform you that in our street one lady has opened a milk dairy. She always threw the animals waste like gober anywhere. Due to this a lot of insects like Mosquitoes & other have placed.

This is to my humble request to you please take the necessary action asap.
