On 7th Aug we had been to big bazaar at nirmal life styles, mulund (w). A worst experience we faced. I submitted bag on counter with my cell in it but I didn’t find my mobile after collecting bag from counter. Security guard and the lady on the counter responded rudely as I asked them about the same. After complaining to the manager, that guard returned my cell saying it was some where below the cupboard. Every one including manager has realized what was the incident. Actually that thief (guard-both lady and guy) had theft the cell. Customers submits their belongings to the counter with the trust that their things are safe but we were shocked for a moment that staff of big bazaar can even fraud with customers…shame on this…cheap & worst impression.
