I have purchased the Access Controle System on 29/10 from Gurgaon for our company from the distibutor of PEGASUS Access Control System-India and from the day 1 i am facing the problem of card punch & software.
I have made a complaint with the distributor stating that there is some major problem with the product such as card punching problem, software problem & Door Jammed etc. And after making lot of calls they send some guy to fix it but he was not able to fix it and later on they stop responding my calls & e-mail, and the problems with the product remained unchanged. In view of the above I request you to look in to it and solve this at the earliest. I want them to fix this problem immediately.
