NON RECIEPT OF PRODUCT SINCE JUNE

I had placed a order in the m/o June for 1 swiss military bag Product Code i089

Payment already taken by ICICI Bank but item still not delivered.

Each time I call up u say u r dispatching the item and we will recv it shortly. It is close to 6 months and I still hv not recd the bag.

Since yesterday i hv been calling up but there is no response on any of u lines. i hv sent an email too, and still no response from ur side. hv u closed company and shifted?

pls reply . i request u to pls take serious action against ava merchandising
