I am neeraj gupta, My mobile no is 9887205098 and my mobile battery no is. 0670400363563n344823109400, Which is faulty, I submit the form from your internet side at arround mid- july. But till date I have not received the new battery yet.and any messagae in this regards from your end. So i want to register a case If no solution is provided. U can see many cases with nokia software in all range mobile. This has to be taken very seriously
