Hi Guys, Myself Sasikala from Bhopal. I purchased Nokia 6085 handset from a Nokia dealer, Bhopal before 6 months. From the begining the incoming voice was a bit disturbed which i ignored. Later 11th of october totally the incoming and outgoing voice was silent. While we approached the Nokia care centre, it was informed within ten days it will be repaired and returned. Now i received a message saying that it may take another 10 days, during which they denied for a standby set. Why do NOKIA not care about the services and concentrating on sales alone? Please suggest me where should i make a compliant now?
