My name is Sombit Bose (ID ITBC 10447145) and I am new member of Bag It Today and also referred my friends about this website but after the experience I had I think I did injustice to them.. After I became member of Bag It today I was told that I will get a free Reebok watch as a welcome gift along with my first purchase.. anyways I was not bothered about that, I did purchase some nobles and a Numero Uno wrist watch and I opted for Cash on delivery option. then from the next day onwards I started getting calls from Bag It today saying that I will have to place the order again and place it on my Credit card.. and I started getting these calls everyday at least 3-4 calls each day.. I told them that I opted for cash on delivery and I denied to pay by credit card, then I representative said then your order will be cancelled.. so I said ok.. then Cancel my order.. then suddenly after few days I got a call from courier company that they had a package for me from Bag it today.. so I said that I already cancelled that but still I accepted it and paid for it.. Then when I opened the package I got everything but not the free Reebok watch which I was suppose to get.. ok I thought that not a big deal I will call them and sort things out.. I also got some free coupons on the package saying that I have won some prizes and I need to log into the link which I was given there and claim it.. so I logged into the link but after I put my unique authorization code it does not accept that.. I call customer care on 21st October, the rep said that it will be done by 24hrs.. I said ok not an issue it might happen.
Then today I again tried to log in it still didn't work.. and I called back the customer care.. then it was really heights I spoke to the rep and I gave him the details about the issue first he placed me on hold.. ok no issues it was fine till then he told me that it will again take 24hrs more from tomorrow i.e. 25th of October that was also ok with me but then I thought I must raise a concern for this so I asked the rep to give his senior who is available first he said " No one is available since today is Sunday" but when I told him that I also work for a multinational company and I also handle team of my own and there is no company that will allow only representatives to take calls without any team lead then he said" My senior is busy it will take long time" I told him I will wait then he said " no you cannot wait", I told him that he cannot deny a escalation if a customer is asking for.. he said no he can't let me talk to his team lead or senior.. then I told him ok then I think I need to take some action and need to raise an alarm and will even force me to go to Consumer Forum this time his response was " ok no issues .. call us anytime and thank you for calling .. hung up"
This was really a worst experience of my life I never had any issues with eBay or my telephone company, they are much more courteous that Bag It Today Service.

because you guys have my email id and from there you can make out till what extend I can go.. this is not about money this is about Cheating with customers and setting up false expectations.. (Complain ID-661711- REP name - Deepak)
I will request you to check the matter on urgent basis otherwise later on You will have to bear the consequences and I will not go into any kind of settlements. My Next email will go to Consumer Forum Directly, I mean it and you will have to take the responsibility of the consequences..
