Dear Sir/Madam,
I was booked Reebok lite sprot shoes and free gift Reebok watch from Bag ItToday (The India Today Group) through net banking on 04/02.My order was cancelled without my conserned and confirmation. After that I was called so many time regarding refund my amount but every time cutomer support give complaint number against my call. I am following continousely but nobody from there end to resolve the problem.

Complaint No. 407343 on 15/03 (Refund recieved within 7 days) Confirmed by Mr. Kapil
Complaint No. 420587 on 22/03 (Refund recied within 10 days) Confirmed by Mr. Kuldeep
As per polocy within 20 to 28 days required for refund if refund reference no generated. Already 38 days past.
Amount not an issue, issue is that missguiding, fak commitment as well as mentaly harashment by Bag It Today.
