Not received my pan card

SIR,

I HAVE SUBMITTED PAN APPLICATION FORM ON 10 JULY AT UTI TSL I.T. PAN SERVICE CENTRE, SURAT. TILL DATE NOR ANY COMMUNICATION NOR PAN CARD IS SENT TO ME. BECAUSE OF THIS I AM UNABLE TO CARRY OUT MANY OF MY PERSONAL NECESSITIES.

please look into this issue at the earliest.
