Gas booking problem

Sir,

Requested that i am the customer of balaji gas agency of indane utraula balrampur. All the staff are crupt. All the customer have problem to get booking of gas cylinder. Staff has made a new rule to book cylinder. Customer has to come three times to book gas. First time he has to come to book and they do not give him booking sleep they called him next week and the next week customer comes and receive the sleep and again comes to take cylinder as the date has been given on the sleep. So please take necessory action to solve this problem.
