I have purchased a GENIUS NICER DICER From Dubai while on a visit there.
On return to India and after a weeks use the product is found to be defective. The blades have popped out for one unit and for the other the blades are bent.
As a customer I feel cheated. Moreover there is no address on the booklet or on the product box.for me to lodge a complaint.
how do i go about getting the product replaced?
