Respected Sir,
We have purchased a water jet cutting machine DWJ 1525 - FA, Sr. No. 110293 with DIPS 9 - 3040 pump, wide bill no. RI-156-1112, Amt 32, 50, 000 Dt. 29 Sept.11 from M/s A Innovative International Ltd. Sir from the date of installation, till now we are facing many problems in this machine. & run it only approx 250 hrs in 6 months due to continuous break down. We would like to show you some of the problems given below :
1) Continuous nozzle blockage
(major problem due to this we have to face daily 4-5 hrs wastage to clear it, breakage of our articles & heavy loses.)
2) Continuous Oil seal leakage from Intensifier
(once in a week period which takes again 4-5 hrs min & max goes upto a day period, rectify by their team from mails & sending videos, on the mean time i request their working team to come at least ones & check their machine but no response.)
3) L M Guide problem
(faced this problem one time, product replaced by them was not according the specifications & replaced again, total time take 5-7 working days, mistake accepted by them.)
4) Heat ex-changer problem & oil leakage from oil tank
(faced this problem one time, heat ex-changer (provided 2nd hand pc) & oil replaced in 5-7 working days & on the same time i again request with there working team to come & check there machine but same no response.)
5) Facing On Off valve leakage several times.
Sir at present our plant is closed from last 30 working days due to problem of leakage from intensifier & low pressure, in the mean time i request even pray with there working team to come & solve our problem & check our machine but getting any support, we have to listen from them that if we are not capable & not having such will power then why we have install such a plant.
Sir i have invest 30-40 lac for this machine & have to pay 1-1.5 lac per month for interest, salary, rent and other mic. expenses & have no other option & financial support. As our machine is closed from last 30 days & due to this i have lost my company goodwill, financial loses & even my mental attention.
Sir pl help us & show us the way to come out from it. Hope for earliest & positive action in our favor.
