1.5 hp cri make pump proplem

1.5 hp cri pump last week i purchase from vimal enterprises, at chengal pattu, but new pump not working, because pump side bottom water leakeage, pump is not maching for 1" & 11/4" side block colour rubber washer proplem, i inform the dealer, but he has not take necessary action. so kindly arrange new pump and change the another one immediately.
