Airtel opening connection is very late

Dear Sir,

I am Haridas V. Last saturday i have paid to connection charge Rs.550-/ but now i didn't get airtel broadband connection. What can i do sir if you dont mine i'll wait 24hours then i'll select Reliance connection. Any contact to me pls come to my mail [email protected]
