I sumesh kumar is using beam internet.my mobile no.is 9603665650.company staff has done a blundered mistake by giving a wrong power supply connection to the signal power booster box due to which current was flowing throughout our earthing wire of our house.because of this my younger brothers son got a severe current shock for which he is still suffering .when we gave a complain to customer care we got a very cool reply saying that we have registered your complain &in 24 hrs.our persons will come &resolve it.i am very sorry to say that company doesn't have sense to realize the severity of the problem and solve it. I request THE CONSUMER FORUM to take necessary action into this matter and do needful help to me.
