Shipment from Park street Kolkata to Bhubaneswar containing Rayban Sunglasses were delivered to me today in pieces. On calling your office in Bhubaneswar, the person spoke rudely to me and said that it’s was not his responsibility.
I fail to understand how the proper delivery of shipment is not your responsibility and on top of that your company representatives have the audacity to speak provocatively. Horrible customer service. Never ever use this courier services.
