Inspite of no rules or guidelines from company and at various occassions the newspapers have also mentioned in their articles that customer need to have to wait for 21 days in order to book their new gas sylinder.. Insipite of my request to the agency mentioning them that I have run out of the gas, their behaviour is quite unhuman and unnatural stating me to wait for 21 days. I have to raise this matter as customers like me are facing lot of problems as they are helpless to wait.. What sort of distribution rules are made.. Inspite of no direction from company it self this agency holder does ask to wait for 21 days to book the gas sylinder... I hope you would inquire in this regard and do the needful..I am writing from ahmedabad... I have Bharat Gas connection and agency name is New yera gas service... Thanks
