My complaint is entirely about Pallikkaranai, Chennai - 100 ration shop. List of complaints given below ;
1. Ration shop timing: Ration shop opens after 09.30 a.m. on all working days and every day there will be very long queue still the ration shop employees will not give anything after 12.00 a.m. ie. for such a long queue of both men and women they will issue the items everyday only 3 hrs and Sundays and other holidays shops will be closed.
2. If one card holder wants to buy any one item like boiled rice or raw rice or wheat atleast 4 to 5 times a month the card holder has to go to the ration shop and stand on the queue. To stand in this long queue and buy some items five 1/2 days means 2 1/2 days leave for working people. Throughout the month not a single day all the items are available. Item otherthan kerosene I am talking about. Most of the time even if the items are available in the shop they just refuse to give and afternoons bags of items go from the shop to where?
3. Pallikkaranai ration shop card holders are facing this problem for years. What should we do and where should we go to get this solved please advice. Talking about the shop just opp Pallikkarain main road (opp to old GMT)
