Cheating the Customers

Dear Sir/Madam,

This is very serious matter because the petrol bunk mangement are cheating the public, for one liter petrol they are giving 900ml only, i found it through 1 liter water bottle, if i am asking them they simply replied there is variation between 1 liter water bottle and petrol pumps, they told me 1 liter pertrol will not fill the 1 liter water bottle. They are earings lacks of rupees by cheating public.
