Dear Sir, As per the trail mail.
we have purchased a set of durasoft mattress from mahavir trading co. chandigarh sec 34 on dated 20-11-08, Now are facing in mattress from last 4 monts but dealer not resolved my qyuary. I m mentally depressed and not satisfied with services of this dealer side. they always not noticed any single problem in the mattress. there is one piece hard from day one, but one piece is very -2 soft that why reason I m facing back problem. On the warrenty Card, already mention the warrenty of 5 years, but he is asking for money for changeing the same, but why are given the money for the same. kindly resolve the problem asap.
