Not Response from executive

I had purchased second hand mobile from mobile retailer in rajkot. Rightnow mobile was not working so its given to Blackberry service store but they are not giving me proper response. So asked them for contact no of higher authority but they told we can't give you. So i want contact detail of higher authority of Blackberry service department.
