Pathetic service

I was supposed to get a delivery by 28th of may as per the track order of bluedart, inspite of several calls and reminders the product was not delivered

yet and im still not sure how long will this take to get delivered.

I had a lame excuse from them saying the address is incorrect, which doesn't make any sense at all.
