I had an expensive consignment that was supposed to be delivered via Blue Dart that is apparently a good courier company. After shipment, I checked via the tracking on their site and saw that it said "Address Incomplete" even though I had given my complete address including house number, street number, floor, pin code, landmark etc. This is when I have received many packages from them in the past at the same address. The next day it said delivered to "Veer, Dharam" even though there is no Dharam Veer living at my house. They have delivered the important package at the wrong address and are taking too long to now respond to my complaint.
