I had registered a complaint on 9th May regarding my Air condoitioner Capacity 1.5T. The problem is of Ice Formation. But regeret to infom you that even after many follow-ups, nobody has bothered to contact me. This is after receiving promises that the complaint be attended by the EOD. But nobody even contacted me leave alone attending to the complaint.
I would like to know the available remedy for me. How can i get my AC repaired? Yesterday i have also registered the complaint on the website, but i dont have any hopes from that also.
