Not delivery of lpg

I have booked lpg cylinder on 03.08.2011 still now I have not received the cylinder. Previously we were getting cylinder from ioc botteling plant, that time we have no problem. BOKARO FLAME is not taking interest to deliver cylinder to the consumer of RLY.colony BOKARO.
