I buy a sim of bsnl in october but after afew days i came to know that messages do not come on my cellphone. i call in customer care but they do nothing. bas complaint likh lete aur kahate ki 12 hours main ho jayega lekin vo abhi tak sahi nahin hua hai. main kai baar phone kar chuka hun lekin kuchh bhi nahi hua mere kai important sms miss hogaye.
