Fan did not service

Dear Sir/ Madam,

I brought Pigeon fan from Girias on 14th jan. After two days fan not working. I complained register on Pigeon service department. My complian No is 10015634 Still today my fan is not serviced. When ever i call you customer care give tomorrow engineer come and attend. More than month my fan down still i can't able to getting repair.

Since i have 3 Months baby my fan is not working i facing lot of problem.

Please take care of my problem.
