Being a very old, loyal shareholder (30 years) of tata motors and tata steel and also worked for telco jamshedpur, the kind of service i witnessed at the tata indicom hub at new friends colony, delhi on the 17th july. was terrible. In my recent dividend cheque from tata motors i got a coupon for getting a new connection of tata indicom for which i visited the above tata hub. to my surprise no one at the hub were aware of the scheme being given to shareholders. Every body were confused and were not briefed before it was rolled over to all shareholders.
This type of customer support in not taken by one of the premier institution of great india.
