Here is my experience with tata indicom's service provider in pune near sancheti hospital.
I have applied for USB device 8 days before. The girl sitting in the office told me that i will get my USB device within 2-3 days after submitting all documents. I have submitted all the necessary documents but still there address verification is going on. No one guy from tata indicom came to my home for verification as told by that executive. Also when i m calling that executive she is not receiving call. And i don't know how much time they will require for address proof verification? This is not the way to treat any of your customers.
I think tata indicom is not serious about their customer and making only false promises.
