The company promises to sell "experiences". However, what you pay for- by reading what is written on the site - and what you get - are completely different. Once you pay, the service stops. They are supposed to be "the" people for gifting surprises. However, they surprise you - the customer - on the wrong side with what they deliver (or don't).
Pathetic service. They don't answer your phone calls, charge an exorbitant rate, treat you like shit and expect you to pay and then just shut up.
