Not attending unserviceability in warranty period

Dear sir,

With great sorrow it is regret to inform you that the response of

local dealers for attending unserviceable RO system under warranty is

almost null.

Sahjanwa Distt: Gorakhpur (UP) have purchased a RO system Sl. No.

06572164 on 17 Feb from Sarda Enterprises Khalilabad Distt: Sant

Kabir Nagar (UP), it became U/S since 29 June. After giving

hundreds of calls to concern agency till date it is not attended yet,

I feel it is going to give a adverse effect for marketing in this

region. If not attended within two days I am going to publish in news

papers for such an act of your company.

Yesterday I have given call to your regional office varanasi but as

on now my call is not attended by their end.
