This is the first time when I paid my Electricity Bill online on 25.02.11 by using AXIS Bank Debit Card. After clicking on the Pay button the message came somewhat like "No response from the the Bank" and there was no acknowledgement received whether the payment has been received or not by CESC. After that I checked my bank account details and saw that money was already debited in the name of CESC. In this case what shall I do because I am in a fix whether or not payment is received by CESC or not? If not, whether the money will be refunded or not in my account & in how many days? Shall I pay again now to CESC? Anyone facing this problem in the past may help...!
