I visited at a mobile repair shop with my Samsung GSM GT-S3500 mobile phone for some repair at Chaddha Communication (contact person: Mr. Pradeep, Phone No.9968743008), Shop No.10, Sarojini Nagar, New Delhi-110023. On opening the mobile, shopkeeper found that mobile’s ribbon is broken.
He asked me to drop his mobile at the shop for repairing, for that he asked me to pay @Rs.450/-. Also he told me that there is no guarantee of its ribbon if it is broken again.
I took the delivery of the phone after paying Rs.450/- at the first time of the repair. But what happened was very shocked at me. I was very amazed after knowing this. The ribbon got broken within a period of one month.
When I again visited the shop-owner and he told me that I warned you of its guarantee. He again asked me to drop his phone I would check if there is any other problem besides this so he would make repair on it.
When I visited for the delivery of my phone, he told me that he again got the replacement of ribbon and for that I have to pay @Rs.450/- at the second time. But after a very few days the mobile phone again started giving problem. At present, it is functionless.
On both occasions, I totally paid Rs.900/- but for no avail.
I, therefore, request your goodselves that my grievance redressed urgently to sort out the problem.
