I had bought the Champion Food Processor on 07.1.2012 but till date i had not received any call from the services center for dmonstration of the product. on 14.01.2012 i had called up the service center and placed the request for demonstration of the procuct but still no responce from there.
I case you dont have any officials to help the customer understand the poruct, we would like to replace the product with the company who is customer friendly.
I would appr. if some body contacts us regarding same, as i am calling up the service station on daly basis and receiving updates as our tech. is on leave, we shall come afer 2 days, shall update in next 1/2 hr.,
If the service facility is not availabe, kindly give me the contact details wherein we can place the request to replace the product.
