I purchased a blackberry storm from naaptol. But after 2-3 days of delivery i found that the touch press of phone was inefficient, the speaker volume at full was not clear at all. And after 15 days of use it showed charging port problem. I sent back the blackberry on 11/6. The phone reached Delhi on 12/6.But i came to know that it was misrouted to Hyderabad and now I came to know that naaptol has alpha radio vendor over there in Hyderabad. The phone neither reached naaptol nor I received it back. And now naaptol says we are not responsible for such stuff. But I came to know that phone was sent to Hyderabad from Delhi by naaptol to their ALPHA RADIO VENDOR where they replace the phone with empty box with some pieces of glass in it.they returned the courier and declared it as RTO due to address not found.
